We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address, username), content you add to your Flashlink page (links, images, bio), and usage data including page views, link clicks, visitor countries, and device types on your public profile. This analytics data is associated with your site and made available to you in your dashboard.
We use your information to provide and improve the Flashlink service, send transactional emails (sign-in links, notifications), and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your data is stored securely on servers in the United States. Passwords are not stored — we use magic link authentication. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Analytics data (clicks, views) is retained for the lifetime of your account. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing support@flashl.ink. You may also update your information from your account settings.
Flashlink integrates with third-party services including Stripe (payments), Mailchimp and Kit (email integrations), and various embed providers (YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, etc.). When you connect an email integration, we store only the API credentials necessary to sync your subscriber data. These services have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them.
When visitors view your public Flashlink page, we collect anonymized data including approximate country, device type, and referrer source for your analytics dashboard. We do not collect personally identifiable information from your page visitors without their explicit consent (e.g. via an email signup form you configure).
