By creating a Flashlink account, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Flashlink. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Your username is yours as long as your account is active. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate these terms or are inactive for extended periods.
You may not use Flashlink to distribute illegal content, spam, malware, phishing links, or content that violates the rights of others. You may not impersonate another person or brand. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of content you post on Flashlink. By posting content, you grant Flashlink a non-exclusive license to display it as part of the service. You are solely responsible for the content on your page and warrant that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
If you believe content on a Flashlink page infringes your copyright, please send a takedown notice to support@flashl.ink with: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material and its location, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury. We will respond promptly to valid notices.
Flashlink Pro is billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support@flashl.ink. Payments are processed by Stripe. Downgrading from Pro will not result in a prorated refund for the current billing period.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your public page will no longer be accessible and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Flashlink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
